Over the years refining her planning and design processes, a hallmark of working with Brianne has remained constant--Brianne excels in leading others and building strong relationships. The result has become weddings that are not only cohesive and well-executed, but also custom in nature. “The planning process encompasses 95% (if not more!) of the time we have with our clients. Therefore, the trust and experience we establish on day one and nurture throughout our time working together is where we throw our energy. Working with clients during a sensitive and exciting time in their lives to lead them through producing a large-scale, milestone event is a special honor all its own. While the wedding day is where our team pulls everything together and gets to shine, the steadfast relationships we build with our clients throughout the process of working together are what set our team and our weddings apart.”
In her free time, Brianne enjoys spending time with her husband and son, relaxing beside any body of water (pool, ocean, you name it), and cozy nights in watching her favorite tv shows.

MINDY HARVEY
Associate Planner
Described by our former couples (and one mother of the bride!) as “especially helpful,” the “MVP,” and “my day-of bestie,” Mindy is someone you would be lucky to have by your side during the planning process and especially on your big day. With a background in finance (it sure helps with managing all those budgets!) and a natural talent for anticipating couples needs, Mindy joined the BME team in 2017 and has been essential to our couples ever since!
When she isn’t creating the best planning spreadsheets and dreaming up gorgeous designs for our couples, Mindy enjoys shopping and trying new restaurants with her family and friends, binge watching tv shows with her hubby and cute pup, Dexter, and cheering on UT (Go Vols!). Oh, and Mexican food. If you love queso and margaritas, Mindy is your gal!
HANNA NEWLIN
Associate Planner
Hanna brings 10 years of event experience to the BME team. She has dabbled in everything from wedding hair and makeup, to catering, and DJ services! For the past few years, she has found her groove coordinating weddings and events in numerous markets, including Pennsylvania, Michigan, Kentucky, the Carolinas, and now Georgia. She is a self-proclaimed problem solver who uses her background in communications and public relations to excel in working with our clients and vendor partners. It is her heart for marriage, however that makes her such an asset to our couples during their engagements and on wedding day!
When Hanna isn’t sending our couples down the aisle, she is busy enjoying the outdoors with her husband, daughter, and son, or playing sports and spending time with her church family.
MEAGAN BLOOMFIELD
Event Producer
After planning her own destination wedding in Charleston and being the go-to resource for her friends who were getting married or having showers and parties, Meagan decided that her excitement for weddings and entertaining was calling her to the events industry. We are so glad she she answered! She is a registered nurse, and her experience working in the emergency department has made her a compassionate, caring, and patient person, who also remains calm and focused under pressure. She loves an outdoor wedding (even in the rain!) and has a soft spot for the mother and son dance!
When Meagan isn’t tending to our sweet couples, she can be found being a mama to her sweet son, shopping (one of her favorite pastimes!), or snuggling her French Bulldog, Dallas, and her sweet kitty, Graham.
ASHLEY HAMILTON
Event Producer
Ashley is the first person her engaged friends call when they need planning advice, because she’s a pro at it. After her own wedding in 2018, she decided she hadn’t had enough, and is now helping our BME clients, using her prior experience in organizing conferences, client events, and company parties as well. Her favorite part of a wedding day is a tie between seeing the bride in her full get-up and the big room reveal (both really never get old)! She is drawn to a classic, timeless, and traditional ballroom fête—the kind that you can look back on in 50 years and love just the same. But don’t let her preference for a traditional ballroom wedding fool you—to quote the movie Talladega Nights: “I want to be formal, but I'm here to party!” Her ideal wedding consists of a classic, 5-tier, buttercream cake followed by confetti cannons on the dance floor at the end of the night.
When she’s not working, you can find her at one of the many fun workout studios in Atlanta, going on walks with the hubs (still considered a newlywed!), and coaching children at a local volleyball club.
